ok this is how u make ur character like..i'll do mines as an example..

Weapons: Skypea dials [anything]
Rank in OP World: Pirate King [ur starting will be pirate captain for those who made a crew and pirate member for those who join]
Appearance: like luffy [can be anything]
Personility: like luffy [anything]

Powers: Ate the Devil fruit of laugther, and uses it to distract or disable opponents to move or act while cleaving them into two with a greataxe! and has a steel shield strapped on my back which I use for protection for backstabbing twits

SHICHIBUKAI: u will work for the world goverment and will be under the control of the fleet admiral
VICE-ADMIRAL: u will be under the controll of ur admiral and the fleet admiral
ADMIRAL: u will be under the controll of just the fleet admiral and can controll a vice-admiral and shichibukai
FLEET ADMIRAL: a second admin on this site and the total commandor of the nacy

Personality:Always chillin lets others handle stuff and only interferes when he thinks it's necessary. But when it does come to it he is very reliable.
He can be found hanging with Ladies and booze when not fighting. He has formed a sort of immunity to alchohol due his hard drinking so whenever he does get drunk it's probably from 2 kegs of Sake.
Has a weaknes for girls in uniform so he is often haressing Marine women when he shoot be fighting them.

Eye color: Brown eyes
Hair: He used to have an Afro wich he braided once a while but cut his hair cuz the salty seawater used to mess it up

Facial Hair: He has a lil stash and a goaty

Clothes: Differ on his mood but mostly 3/4 pants and a Jacket over a Tanktop
Extras: A gold hoop earing in the top of his left ear and diamond ear nob in the bottem of the same ear.
Rumor has it he Also has a piercing in his kintame but thats just a rumor the ladies whom he spent the night with spread

History:Used to hang out and do nothing freeloading of his parrents. Until one day Khorl came to his hometown and asked him to join his crew after a party that got out of hand in wich they fought side by side.
He first didn't wan't to join but the town had enough of the mess he always made there so it was either get kicked out town and find another place or join the Crew and be sure of a future. So the choice was easily made.

Powers: Not sure about my devil fruit yet if Goro Goro no Mi is allowed I want that one if not I want Bomu Bomu no Mi

Weapons: He is a talented marksmen uses throwing knives and axes as weapon's.
And ofcourse a rifle.
But mostly uses his long limbs to strike hard when in close combat
